BASIC INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS FOR MATRIMONY

- Newly issued (within 6 months) BAPTISMAL and CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATES of the groom and the bride from the church where they received the Sacrament, with the inscription: FOR MARRIAGE PURPOSES ONLY
- Certified True Copy of the Birth Certificates
- Marriage License (Valid for 120 days) issued by the Civil Registrar of the city or town of either the groom or the bride. To avoid expiration of the marriage license, apply for the license preferably two months before the wedding. If the couple has been married civilly, a copy of the MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE from the Philippine Statistic Authority. If the couple has been living together for at least five years, four copies of an AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION
- SINGLE STATUS CERTIFICATE (CENOMAR) of the groom and the bride issued by the Philippine Statistic Authority
- Two (2) copies of newly taken 2x2 ID Photo (within 6 months) of the groom and the bride
- Canonical Interview of the groom and the bride to be conducted at least one (1) month before the wedding the date
- Ecclesiastical Banns (Announcement/Publication of the marriage in the parishes of the groom and bride for three consecutive Sundays) and permission to be secured from the parish of the couple. The appropriate form will be provided by our parish office.
- Catechetical and Pre-Cana Seminar
- List of Sponsors (Maximum of eight pairs)
- It is highly recommended that the groom and the bride receive the SACRAMENT OF PENANCE (Confession) for the fruitful reception of the Sacrament of Marriage

Gaya ni San Blas, huwag nawa tayong mag-alinlangang ipagtanggol ang ating pananampalataya. Huwag tayong matakot sa pangungutya o pag-uusig.
Kapag binigay natin nang buo ang sarili at buhay sa Diyos upang ang plano Niya ang masunod, magkakaroon tayo ng kasiyahan, kapanatagan ng loob at kapayapaan na hindi natin matatagpuan makuha man natin ang lahat ng yaman sa mundo.
Makikita ang karunungan sa ating buhay kung ginagamit natin lahat ng ating kakayahan at kaalaman para sa papuri sa Panginoon at upang tulungan ang iba na mapalapit sa Kanya.
Si San Francisco ng Sales ay isang obispo at pantas ng Simbahan. Siya ay kilala bilang “the gentleman saint”.
Maaaring hindi natin nararanasan ang pagdurusa na naramdaman ng santo na ating ginugunita ngayon, ngunit tayo ba ay patuloy na naninindigan sa ating pananampalataya?
Malapit sa puso ng mga Pilipino ang debosyon sa Señor Sto. Niño. Sa wikang Ingles, ang ibig sabihin nito ay “Holy Child”. Ang “Holy Child” na ito ay walang iba kundi si Hesus.
Isa sa kanyang sikreto sa kabanalan ay ang pagdarasal sa Diyos sa maraming beses sa isang araw, lalo na oras ng temptasyon mula kay Satanas.
Tuwing ika-15 ng Enero ay ginugunita ng Simbahan ang kabanalan ni San Arnold Jannsen.
Ang pagbibinyag ni Juan Bautista kay Hesus ay hudyat ng simula ng pampublikong ministeryo ng ating Panginoon. Magsisimula na ang tatlong taon Niyang pamamalagi sa mundo upang magpagaling ng mga maysakit, magpalayas ng demonyo at mangaral ng Mabuting Balita.
Nakikita ng mga tao ang kanilang paghihirap sa paghihirap ng Panginoon. Dahil sa Kanya, nararamdaman ng bawat deboto na mayroong Diyos na pwede nilang lapitan – Diyos na handang dumamay sa kanilang pinagdaraanan at nakaiintindi sa kanilang nararamdaman.
