Daughters of Mary Immaculate
History
DMII traces its early beginnings to the Daughters of Isabela, composed of Spouses of members from the Knights of Columbus, lasting for 3 decades, with its Head Office in New Haven, Connecticut
First Circle was organized in the Philippines, with the creation of the Rosary Circle No 856, in Manila on May 24,1951 . More Circles were eventually organized all over the Country.
August 29-30,1978, His Eminence, the late Jaime Cardinal Sin was responsible for the restructuring of the Organization into the Daughters of Mary Immaculate because of the relentless dedication of some generous women who banded themselves together in the service of the Church, through their Apostolic endeavors
As more Circles were organized in New Jersey and Los Angeles, Sydney Australia the word “International” was added to the name of DMII, committed to the service of God and Country
